We ship all parcels with BlueDart / DTDC & Professional Courier. Shipping is now available for all metro and major cities except North East India.
Courier service and prompt delivery differs from place to place so kindly choose your preferred choice of courier during checkout as per service availability for your locality. We can not take responsibility of dead on arrival of plants due to courier delay. As soon as we hand over the parcel to courier we send you an email or whatsapp with the tracking number and a link to the courier tracking service. Thus you are always able to see where exactly your parcel is – until the forwarding agent rings at your door.
Plants will be shipped on every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday after the order is placed and a full payment confirmation is received. Order closing time is on or before 7 PM on every Sunday, Monday and Tuesday
We normally process the order on every Monday, however in some cases it may take longer. We reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, cancellation reason most likely be due to unavailability of the product in stock however shown as available/ in stock on the website due to delay in real time updation of the website or a technical issue.
If the plant(s) that you place an order for is/ are not available, we will promptly call / inform you electronically within two working days of your purchase and fully refund the money for the out of stock item or replace it with a plant(s) of your choice and of the same value.
You may be required to collect the shipment from the nearest courier office to avoid delivery delays. We need to keep in mind that plants are perishable and NO replacement or refund for Dead on Arrival of plants. We cant take responsibility for courier delay
Kindly note that we don’t have any direct control over BlueDart/DTDC/Professional, We cant take responsibility for any courier delay due to present situation. NO CLAIM or REFUND for Plants if you receive dead on arrival
You will only have to pay for actual parcel shipment. Time being we are charging SHIPPING as per above list for all orders.
You can see the shipment costs for every article directly on its web page, in the shopping cart and during the ordering & checkout process. Please note that shipment to some cities in India may be higher depending on the total weight of the parcel if you purchase more than one items.
We offer a shipment flat rate across India. This means you can purchase as much as you want and only pay for shipment once per order. If your order surpasses a certain value, shipment is free.
Claims / Replacement
We do not have a return / claim policy as plants are perishable goods.
All the parcels we ship have a so-called tracking number, which enables you to follow the transport and the whereabouts of each shipment we send to you. When we hand over your parcel(s) to courier we send you an email containing one or several tracking numbers as well as a link to the courier page where you can see the current state of your delivery. Moreover, you can always view the tracking numbers of your orders in your “Order History” in “My Account” section
